2) WHAT DATA I PROCESS

Depending on how you use the website, I may process:

a) data provided in the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail address, and the content of your message;
b) data provided in e-mail correspondence;
c) technical data related to your use of the website (e.g. IP address, cookie identifiers, information about your browser and device, approximate location, and data concerning your activity on the website) – to the extent resulting from cookies and server logs.

3) PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

a) Handling inquiries submitted via the contact form and correspondence
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – communication and handling of inquiries).

b) Ensuring the security of the website and establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest).

c) Analytics and statistics concerning the use of the website
Legal basis:
(i) Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to analytical cookies – where the tool requires consent), or
(ii) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – statistics and website improvement), to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to cookies.

4) WHETHER PROVIDING DATA IS MANDATORY

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to:

a) send a message via the contact form,
b) receive a response to your inquiry.

Your data may be disclosed to entities processing data on my behalf, in particular:
a) providers of hosting / IT infrastructure,
b) entities providing IT technical support (if I use such services),

As a rule, I do not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). You have the right to:

c) erase your data,
d) restrict the processing of your data,
e) data portability (to the extent provided for in the GDPR),
f) object to processing (where the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
g) withdraw your consent (where processing is based on consent).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

9) AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

I do not make decisions concerning you by automated means, including profiling you.
